2010-2011 School Year

The new school year is just around the corner and we have many classes to offer. Saturday classes, as always, are available for students ages 6 to highschool age, at any level of Japanese (from beginner to advanced; for course descriptions, click here) Classes are held from 9:00 - 11:30 a.m. Adult classes are offered one evening a week from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.

These topics will be covered during the Summer class: Basic Japanese conversation, reading, writing. Japanese crafts, and other activities.
 
                                             Adult Evening Class
All adult classes are 8 week sessions, meeting one day a week for two hours; from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Class levels range from Beginner I to Intermediate.
Tuition $120.00

Beginner I:August 19-October 7(Thursdays)
Beginner II:      August 16-October 11(Mondays)(No school Sept.6)
Beginner III:     August 18-October 6(Wednesdays)
Intermediate:    August 17-October 5 (Tuesdays)

*Payment information:
For Saturday Classes: If this is your first time registering, there is a one time only registration fee of $25.00.
Tuition for one quarter is $195 for one student, $380 for two students, and $555 for three students, due by the first day of each quarter.
For Adult Evening Classes: 8 weeks class tuition is $120.
                                                   
We accept payments in person at SJLS.
Payable to Nikkei Heritage Association of WA.

* * There is also a one quarter tuition waiver offered to
families who successfully recruit a new student who
stays for a minimum of one quarter. The entering
student must notify the school at the time of
registration. Only one waiver permitted per family.
